Design & Engineering Office ITEC and Property Development subsidiary ALTIS were founded

Design & Build EMCG was founded

2001

• EM2C Développement Holding was founded
• Civil Works subsidiary SMTS, Maintenance subsidiary ITEM, and Interior Architecture subsidiary CoDesign were founded.

2002

• Grenoble-based Design & Build BPI was bought out
• 3-D Image Production subsidiary IM’TEC was founded

2003

• Hypermarket/Supermarket/Public Facility-specialized Lead Contractor Fougerouse was bought out
• Clean Room Engineering SB2E subsidiary was founded
• Land Development subsidiary AU3E was founded
• EM2C Développement adopted a new name and became Groupe em2c
• EM2C adopted a new name and became em2c/Initiale
• All the subsidiaries of Groupe have since then “em2c” in their name.

2004

Nantes-based Design & Build Séritel was bought out. A new office opened in Salon-de-Provence

2007

• Initiale, Fougerouse, SMCG, SB2E, BPI and ITEC merged into em2c Construction Sud Est

• Séritel adopted a new name and became em2c Construction Grand Ouest.
• Altis adopted a new name and became em2c Promotion.
• AU3E adopted a new name and became em2c Aménagement

2008

• em2c Research & Sustainable Development was founded
• From Design & Build to Full Service provider in corporate real estate, Groupe em2c is becoming an Acteur Global in real estate.

2010

Groupe em2c is 10 years old
