As the result from the 2004 buy-out of SERITEL, the then construction leader locally, this subsidiary has been developing, since then, its business by using the synergies that come available from all the experts from Groupe: asset managers, land developers, property developers, and sustainable developers.

The subsidiary proudly adopted the colours of Groupe em2c and was named em2c Construction Grand Ouest: an Acteur de la Cité that fills in the market and fit into a dynamic current with good prospects. This dynamic current relies on anticipation and proposals regarding land development for the city and the company of tomorrow.

So, from Nantes to Toulouse, em2c Construction Grand Ouest commits itself with local authorities, SMEs and large industries to delivering development schemes with a view to creating jobs, improving the quality of life of users, and respecting the environment where the developments and the buildings are embedded.
