17 years after its inception and having developed its market share in France with proven solutions in corporate real estate, Groupe em2c is growing internationally and is strongly and sustainably investing in Morocco. Indeed, a new office/subsidiary opened in Casablanca in September 2007.

Like throughout France, this subsidiary supports Moroccan companies, local authorities, and investors with all of its experts: asset managers, property developers, land developers, builders (lead contractor or design & build), and interior fit-out experts. These experts serve as a bridgehead to Groupe em2c to foster its developments in Morocco.

With em2c Construction Méditerranée, Groupe can, from now on, participate in the implementation of the Plan Emergence that supports the development and the land planning of the country. Thus, Groupe works in line with the dynamic growth policy of a country that holds many economic and property projects.
